Been back here the first time since the new renovations and I must say I am thoroughly impressed! The exterior improvements look absolutely stunning, the gym is constantly spotless and organized, and the maintenance team has been working extremely hard to quickly remedy anything that needs fixing and keep the grounds in top condition.

I had the pleasure of working with Savannah as my property manager during my recent move into a new apartment, and I can't express enough how incredibly helpful and kind she was throughout the entire process. From the moment I first inquired about the apartment to the day I received my keys, Savannah went above and beyond to ensure that my transition was seamless. Her professionalism and dedication were evident from the start. She patiently answered all my questions, provided thorough information about the property, and made herself available whenever I needed assistance. What truly set Savannah apart was her genuine kindness. Moving can be a stressful experience, but she always had a reassuring and positive attitude that immediately put me at ease. Savannah's attention to detail was remarkable. She ensured that my apartment was clean and ready for my move-in, and she even offered helpful tips and resources to make the process smoother. The location and pool are nice but the 2 apartment buildings I’ve lived in were… near nightmares to live in. I lived in the C building where the carpets weren’t cleaned and the washer and dryer had constant water leaks. Was hoping they’d get fixed but was nearly a full year before it did. Renovations took a year before the pool was finally up and running but it was nice when it finally was finished. The elevators shake so much that I always think I’m going to get stuck in it. My major issue I had was them promising not to charge us when we moved to a different building and they said since they didn’t have time to deep clean anything that they wouldn’t charge us for cleaning fees once we moved out. The oven had year of grime and muck on it and we were held responsible for it even though that all came before us (they should have actually cleaned before letting us into a new place). The floor above us had so much water leaking through it, my balcony roof caved in right next to my door. I brought up the issue the day before and all they did was sweep the water away but didn’t fix the problem. My main issue is them saying they’d take care of us when we moved to building C and they charged us for 5 hours of cleaning that could be done in 1. Even though they said since they didn’t thoroughly clean out the apartment before we moved in, that they wouldn’t charge us. We deep cleaned everything before moving out and it looked better then when we moved in and we still have to pay… untrustworthy company / management.

I've been a resident at this apartment complex for about 8 years now, my experiences so far have faired pretty well. I've been in a 3 bed 2 bath apartment for the whole time, and the complex has made it into my home any problem that happened has been dealt with almost immediately if it was just cosmetic wear and immediately if it involved quality of life. The maintenance staff has been incredible over the years especially seeing them get promoted though out the years, Brian has been insanely amazing with his work and seeing him train the new faces has been a joy. As for the office staff they have changed throughout the years but the current staff has been the best so far, Kenny, Kelley and Savanah has all recently helped me with my move into a new apartment at the same building. Kenny specifically has been a tremendous help he has helped check paperwork from when the apartment changed hands to make it easier for me to deal with deposits as well as always being on top of issues, he's been a gem to deal with he's been one of the very few that would call back to follow up on issues and future needs (as well as Kelley) And from what I've seen during this move I'm going to continue living in this complex for the foreseeable future!
